General Policy

  1. Membership fees are payable in advance. A refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase; 

  2. A free membership  is available for full-time school/university/college students. Proof of status such as a student ID or academic email address may be required. 

  3. Once a name is assigned to a membership, the membership may not be transferred to another person. 

  4. Parents/guardians are asked to countersign membership applications for members under the age of 16 for joint/family membership.

Membership benefits policy 

Your membership gives access to preferential rates for cultural events organised or sponsored by the Alliance Française de Newcastle. Offers may be subject to change from time to time – see our website for the most up-to-date information on what is available. 

 

As part of our service to help you enjoy the French language and French-language cultures, we offer a corporate membership for freelance tutors and organisations offering French lessons. When you hold a corporate membership, your clients can have free access to our monthly talks. As the holder of the membership you will have to notify the Alliance Française de Newcastle a list of partecipants prior to each event.
